- we’re playing a show with patti smith;
- was supposed to go like this= mt. zion would play a set, and then we’d play a set as patti’s band,
- BUT—–> jessica’s 33 weeks pregnant & cannot fly with us, SO,
- this is what’s happening now= we’re playing a set as patti’s band NO MT. ZION SET; the band’ll be= dave-drums, thierry-contrebasse, sophie-violon, beckie-cello, efrim-electric guitar
- AND our dear friend shahzad’ll also be playing ‘lecktrik guitar, yes.
we did this (played as patti’s band) a few years ago in belgium, and then again in montreal (5 dollar show!), and then again last year, was good—>felt righteous. weird life=good life
